01:   Translator does not get in touch with you within 15 minutes from your specified booking time. For the instant translation service it would be within 75 minutes, 60 + 15 minutes.

02:  Document translation service is refundable if translated documents are not delivered within 30 hours from specified delivery date.

03:  Refund requests due to unsatisfactory services will need to be reviewed case by case and evidence of the unsatisfactory work will be required from the customer for any refund amount considerations.
